The organizational structure of the Company is articulated on a Corporate and Regional levels. • The Corporate Depts., with headquarters in Florence, responsible for the definition of the business development strategies, for the development and production of the Ferragamo collections as well as all communication, advertising and marketing activities. All "centralized services” such as Logistics, IT, HR, Legal Counselling etc are in Florence as well; • The Regional Depts. with "headquarters” in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Miami, responsible for the management of the business "operations” in the local markets.
